Job Bulletin collects only the information needed to operate this hiring service.
Information we collect
Employers provide a company name, email address, password, and job details. Registered job seekers provide a name, email address, and password, and may save jobs to their account. Applicants provide their name, email, optional phone number and portfolio link, resume attachment, and application message.
How information is used
Job information is displayed publicly. Employer account details are used to secure and manage listings. Saved-job information is used to maintain a job seeker's private shortlist. Application information is made available only to the employer that posted the selected job and authorized site administrators.
Retention and deletion
Listings expire after 30 days. The service operator should establish and document a routine for deleting expired jobs, applications, inactive accounts, and backups. Users may request access or deletion through the contact form.
Security
Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies. No online service can promise absolute security, so suspected issues should be reported through the contact form.
Your responsibilities
Do not submit sensitive identifiers, banking details, health records, or other information not needed for an initial job application.
