Terms
These starter terms should be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before launch. By using Job Bulletin, users agree to the rules below.
Permitted use
Employers may post genuine, lawful employment opportunities. Job seekers may create accounts, save jobs, review opportunities, and apply for roles. Users must provide accurate information and comply with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and consumer-protection laws.
Prohibited content
No scams, unlawful discrimination, misleading compensation, impersonation, pyramid schemes, requests for upfront payment, malicious links, scraping, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Marketplace role
Job Bulletin provides a posting and application service. It does not employ candidates, endorse employers, verify every statement, guarantee interviews or employment, or participate in employment agreements.
Moderation
The operator may remove listings, restrict accounts, or cooperate with lawful investigations when content appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user conduct, hiring decisions, missed opportunities, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
