Terms
By using Job Bulletin, employers and job seekers agree to the rules below. These terms are intended as operational rules for the site and should be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction.
Permitted use
Employers may post genuine, lawful employment opportunities. Job seekers may create accounts, save jobs, review opportunities, and apply for roles. Users must provide accurate information and comply with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and consumer-protection laws.
Prohibited content
Job Bulletin does not allow fake jobs, misleading job descriptions, inaccurate compensation, impersonation, paid recruiting schemes, requests for upfront payment from applicants, investment or pyramid schemes, phishing, malicious links, spam, scraping, harassment, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Employers may not post roles that discriminate unlawfully based on protected characteristics such as race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, family status, or other protected grounds that apply in the relevant jurisdiction.
Employer review
New employer accounts may require email verification and administrator approval before posting. New or edited job listings may be reviewed before appearing publicly. Job Bulletin may reject or remove listings that appear unsafe, unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or inconsistent with these terms.
Applicant files
Resume uploads are limited to PDF, DOC, or DOCX files and may be subject to size, safety, and moderation limits. Users must not upload malware, executable files, or documents that contain harmful code.
Marketplace role
Job Bulletin provides a posting and application service. It does not employ candidates, endorse employers, verify every statement, guarantee interviews or employment, or participate in employment agreements.
Moderation
The operator may remove listings, restrict accounts, delete files, rate-limit activity, block suspicious submissions, or cooperate with lawful investigations when content or activity appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user conduct, hiring decisions, missed opportunities, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Contact
Questions and reports may be sent through the contact form.
