Employer guide
Post a job for free
Publish a specific role on Job Bulletin without listing fees. A listing normally stays available for 30 days unless you close or delete it earlier.
1. Create and verify your account
Open employer registration, enter your company name and email, and accept the registration agreement. Follow your verification link to the employer dashboard. Use an address you monitor for applicant replies.
2. Describe the actual opportunity
Use a recognizable job title. Enter the country and city, the closest category and subcategory, and an accurate work arrangement. A city can be entered even if it is not in the suggested list.
In the description, explain the main responsibilities, required qualifications, schedule, location expectations and application process. Make compensation clear about currency, pay period, range and any commission component. Do not include discriminatory requirements or ask applicants to pay to apply.
3. Publish and share the job
Review the details and confirm the posting is genuine and lawful before publishing. Share the individual job page, rather than just the homepage, so candidates can read the exact opportunity and apply.
4. Review applications
Open View applicants in your employer dashboard. Review the applicant's message and resume, then use Email applicant to contact them. Protect application information and use it only for the recruitment purpose described to applicants.
5. Keep listings current
Edit inaccurate details promptly. Close a role once it is filled or no longer available. Delete listings you no longer need, taking care with associated application records. Neither publication nor email verification guarantees candidate suitability or legal compliance.
