Job Bulletin help
Frequently asked questions
Is Job Bulletin free?
Employers can post jobs without listing fees, and job seekers can browse, apply and save jobs without a service fee. Listings normally expire after 30 days.
Where can I find jobs?
Job Bulletin supports jobs in Canada and the United States. Search by country, city, keyword, category, subcategory and work arrangement. A remote label does not mean applicants in every country are eligible; check the employer's description.
What is the difference between a direct job and a company hiring link?
A direct job is a specific role posted by an employer on Job Bulletin. A company hiring link leads to a company's careers website and is not a confirmed individual vacancy. These are counted separately. Only active direct jobs are included in our job sitemap and RSS feed.
How do I post a job?
Create an employer account, accept the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, then verify your email. In the employer dashboard, enter the role, country, city, category, compensation and description, and confirm the opportunity is genuine before publishing.
Do I need an account to apply?
You can submit an application for a direct job without a job seeker account. Provide a resume file or a resume/portfolio URL, a message and consent to share the application with the employer. A verified job seeker account is needed to save jobs.
Who receives my application?
Applications submitted on Job Bulletin are available to the employer for that role in their dashboard. Email notifications may also be sent. An employer can contact you using Job Bulletin, and replies go to their employer email address. External careers websites follow their own application and privacy processes.
Does email verification guarantee an employer or job is safe?
No. Email verification confirms access to an email address; it is not an identity, business, background or vacancy check. Independently check the company and the opportunity. Do not send money, passwords, bank details or government identification to apply.
How do I report a suspicious job or request help?
Use the Contact page for suspicious listings, account problems, privacy requests or website issues. Include the job page URL and a description, but do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact Job Bulletin for account help or to report a problem.
